I lost another 5 lbs. This is 30 lost. 30 more to go.
The only questions I have are:
1. Why do I feel like the scale is lying to me? I keep getting back on it again, so that maybe this time it can tell me the truth. Ha.
2. Why does it seem like my body has been drawing on fat from a certain place on my chest that I’d really rather not lose fat from, instead of drawing on fat from the spare tire around the middle that I’d really like to lose? Wah.
3. Do you have any idea how awesome I feel, realizing I’ll be back in the 150s soon? And then the 140s? Pretty awesome.

I’m so happy that you’ve been able to lost weight! I hope you’ll be posting some tips on how you did it so all of your readers can lose weight and stay fit with you!
Thank you! I will.
That’s awesome! But totally understandable how you just need to like, re-confirm. It’s so easy to put weight on, but so difficult to get it back off again that sometimes you just have to double-check.
Or triple-check, or quadruple-check, or really, that scale should probably just go back in the closet or something lest you spend all day on and off of it…
Mazel tov on your new, healthier lifestyle!
